A hundred signings. Five stars.

★★★★★
Hands down the best experience with a mobile notary ever. I’m a practicing attorney and needed a mobile notary at the last minute for an estate plan. Giuliano went above and beyond and was respectful and professional at my clients’ home.

We needed a notary for a medical power of attorney and living will for my mother-in-law. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions about these documents. He arrived when he said he would, friendly and professional.

Seriously hands down the best interaction. So professional and accommodating. Doing my out-of-state home closing, and he made the transition so easy. He even helped me with directions to the building.

Common Questions

Questions, answered.

What documents can be notarized?

Affidavits, powers of attorney, deeds, business and corporate records, estate instruments — wills, trusts, advance directives — loan and real-estate packages, and most personal documents requiring a witnessed signature.

What identification is required?

A current government-issued photo ID — a driver’s license, state ID, or passport. If there is any question about a document or a signer’s identification, it is confirmed with you before the appointment.

Is mobile service available at a home, office, or hospital?

Yes. Service is mobile and by appointment throughout Orange County — residences, offices, hospitals, and care and correctional facilities — with evening and weekend availability. Travel is included in the quoted fee.

Ten more questions
Which areas are served?

Orange County end to end — Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Orange, Anaheim, Tustin, and the surrounding communities. Appointments beyond the county are arranged on request.

How quickly can an appointment be arranged?

Same-day and next-day appointments are routinely available, including evenings and weekends. Share the matter and the location, and a precise time is confirmed.

How is pricing determined?

Every matter is a flat fee, confirmed in writing before anything begins — one number covering handling and, where applicable, state fees and tracked return. The price follows the matter, not a per-signature count. Full pricing is here.

What is an apostille, and when is one needed?

An apostille authenticates a public document for legal use in another country. It is required whenever a U.S. document — a power of attorney, a birth or marriage record, a corporate filing — must be recognized by authorities abroad.

Apostille or embassy legalization — which one applies?

Hague Convention countries — including Mexico, the Philippines, Spain, and, since 2023, mainland China — accept a standard apostille. Non-Hague destinations such as the UAE and Qatar require full embassy legalization, which is coordinated end to end.

How long does an apostille take?

California apostilles are often completed the same day or within a few days for qualifying documents received before the daily cutoff. Federal apostilles — FBI, FDA, USPTO, and IRS records — are authenticated by the U.S. Department of State and take materially longer, typically several weeks. The exact timeline follows once the document and destination are known.

Are hospital, bedside, and correctional-facility signings handled?

Yes. Bedside signings at hospitals and care facilities, and notarizations coordinated at county and state correctional facilities, are a routine part of the practice — including the capacity, access, and identification considerations particular to those settings.

How are sensitive documents and matters kept private?

Documents are handled directly and in confidence, never left unattended, and returned with tracking. Discretion is assumed throughout, and non-disclosure agreements are available on request.

What are the credentials behind the service?

A commissioned California notary public — Commission #2445246 — certified by the National Notary Association, insured with $100,000 errors-and-omissions coverage, and bonded. A 5.0-star Google rating and A+ BBB standing.

Are services available in Spanish?

Yes — service is fully bilingual, English and Spanish. Atención disponible en español.
